Awesome ! Just read the first page. Are these 70 pages the whole book ? Western editions mention a 160-180 pages length so I'm curious. I might want to read the whole thing but will probably buy a french or english language edition to fall back on.

The book I used for the scans contains two more stories: 満月―キッチン2 and ムーンライト・シャドウ. Chances are the translated versions also contain these (or other) stories. But キッチン itself is complete in the scans that I sent.

Thank you once again for this opportunity and yes I will join, but I have just recovered from a severe flu, with high fever, still very tiered, so I will see what I'm able to do.

Looking forward to finally jumping in on one of these- thank you for organizing this and for your wonderful newsletter! I think Kitchen was one of the first Japanese novels I read in translation, so I'm excited to read it in the original ^_^

Very good morning!

I will read the Kitchen, definitely. What page we start with? From the very begining?

Hi Danuta, great that you'll join in! We'll start at the beginning and do one page on day one and another on day two, and then we'll see how far we'll get during the Zoom call.
