Correct, I did not want to repeat the word in English, because they felt slightly different to me, even though it was the same word in Japanese. Which part of the grammar did you not understand?

Both ケヤキ欅 and ツキ槻 apply to zelkova serrata, a type of elm.

I've also seen it like ツキケヤキ, 槻欅.

In bonsai, dwarf form, ツキ appears more often.
