Thank you Bunsuke for this wonderful experience. Indeed reading Japanese seems less scary now. I will continue to read this book and slowly improve my reading skills. I would also like to thank all the people who have joined. It was lovely to see you all again and reading in group is more fun. Looking forward to the next challenge.
Hi Kavita, you're very welcome! And thank you for joining the call. I'm glad to hear reading Japanese literature in the original feels less scary to you now. I'll keep you posted on the next project :)
May I ask how this gathering usually works? And is this available to all levels? I'm just wondering cause I always like to delve into new types of learning as to not get bored.
I'd say if you are anything above an advanced beginner you'll get something out of it. we'll basically go through the text together and we'll each read a sentence or two and talk about the text from both a linguistic and a literary perspective. everyone has a different level so why not just give it a try!
I would like to join Kavita in thanking Bunsuke and all the fellow learners who joined the zoom discussion. It's a valuable and fun experience. I look forward to continue reading together
