Although many of you seem to be enjoying this week's Immersion Reading Project, I also noticed that many of you are finding Tamura's short story a challenge.
As I don't want people to miss out on the opportunity to experience Tamura's amazing writing, I'll put a link to Edward Fowler's translation of this short story here.
Hopefully this will make things a bit easier. If you put the translation and the original side by side, you'll get through the story quicker while still being exposed to the original language.
Hope this will stimulate people to get back on board and keep reading this week!
i'd love to check whether i was right or wrong about the text but only after trying to translate it myself so as not to have spoilers, thank you!
haha you have tremendous willpower! you're welcome ;)
Thank you very much!!! It was a difficult text for me and having the translation handy encourages me to try again.
That's great news! Welcome back!!
Thank you! Super helpful!
