it's p.10, the 10th line, but there are a few more of them in the text, just vertical long lines. and thank you so much, i'm running a lil behind with the schedule but i hope not to give up and finish the story ^^
Ah that's what you meant, apologies, I misunderstood the question. These are just long dashes. They function in the same way - or, mostly anyway - as these shorter dashes ;)

その縮緬の一と重下のわが肌を思った ⇒ what does 重下 mean? Neither my dictionaries, nor jisho.org / kotobank.jp seem to have it, but IME converts the provided furigana to the kanji, so it's clearly not a typo.

I looked at the picture but it only shows a few words. Which sentence did you mean exactly?

This isn't 重下、but 一と重 plus 下 so ひとえした, 'beneath my unlined/thin kimono' or something of that nature.
