I wonder what 方 is doing when addressing the public.

みんなさま方

皆 様 方

e/b mr. ?

方 can be both honorific, like さま, or signal direction. My guess is that it points at the audience as the subject of the sentence for ご覧.

No, is a formal, very formal and usually written form of addressing. 様方「さまかた」. Something like lord over there, but respectful. Lord of your manor, 様方.
